Public Transport - 'Go Green'

The ten Ironbridge Gorge Museum sites are within an area of 6sq miles and transport is needed to easily travel between them.

By Bus

The Gorge Connect is a shuttle service that connects the majority of the Museums on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays from Easter until October. It is free for Annual Passport Ticket holders.

Park & Ride will be a regular service, from June 2012, connecting the Jiggers Bank overflow car park with Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron and Museum of The Gorge. It is free for Annual Passport Ticket Holders.

Gorge Connect Bus

By Train

Telford Central railway station is about 5 miles (8km) north of the Ironbridge Gorge. Local bus services and taxis are available outside the station. For more information call 08457 484950 or www.nationalrail.co.uk

By Bicycle
